This adorable little one is a beautiful offspring of Anais and Dom, and they have been an absolute joy to raise. If you've never had the chance to own a Phidippus otiosus, you're missing out on one of my favorite species. They're incredibly curious, love to explore, and always seem ready for their next adventure. 💚

Currently i6, this little one is thriving and has been eating great. They'll eat mealworms, but flies are definitely the favorite! They will probably enjoy crickets as well, although I don't feed crickets.

One thing to keep in mind with this species is that they're much trickier to sex than Regal Jumping Spiders. It's usually not possible to determine their sex until they're subadults, and sometimes not even until adults, so this little one is being offered as unsexed. 🕷️

One of the many reasons I've fallen in love with Phidippus otiosus is their incredible beauty. Their sweet little faces are framed by the longest eyelashes, and their abdomen catches the light with the most beautiful green iridescence. It's one of those little details that never gets old, and pictures just don't do it justice. ✨💚

They're also the cutest little jumpers. Watching them gracefully hop from place to place always reminds me of tiny forest fairies dancing through the trees. They're active, inquisitive, and always seem to be checking out everything around them, which makes them such entertaining little spoods 🌿🧚

This little one still has lots of growing ahead, and it'll be exciting to watch their colors continue to develop with each molt. If you've been thinking about bringing home a Phidippus otiosus, I truly can't recommend this species enough. They're charming, full of personality, and have a way of making everyone who meets them fall in love. 💚🕷️✨
