Your jumping spider travels inside a secure cup that contain moist paper towels, which help keep them cushioned and hydrated during their journey. This packaging helps keep your tiny traveler safe and comfortable during transit. 🕸️✨
When your jumping spider arrives after shipping, carefully open the package and remove the cup containing your new pet spider. After their adventure through the mail, your new little spood may be a bit shy or startled, so allow them a few moments to settle before opening the lid. Watching them take their first curious steps in their new home is always a magical moment. 🌙
If your jumping spider appears shy or a bit startled after arrival, this is completely normal after shipping. Some spiders may remain still while they adjust to their new surroundings. In some cases they may also be preparing to molt, so it is best to allow them time to settle and observe them before attempting to handle or feed them.
