Optional USPS Priority Shipping (expedited, additional cost)

May ship via FedEx if combined with live spider orders
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
🕷️ Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)
We take great care in packaging and shipping our spiders safely.
To qualify for our Live Arrival Guarantee:

Orders must be received on the first delivery attempt

The package must be brought indoors immediately upon delivery

Hold for pickup at a FedEx hub is strongly recommended and is the safest option
Reporting a DOA (Dead on Arrival)
Resolution
If approved, we offer:

Replacement, or

Store credit

The Live Arrival Guarantee is void if:

Delivery is missed or delayed due to customer availability

Package is left outside or not brought in immediately

Extreme weather risks were ignored or not approved
