📦 Processing Time

• Made-to-order items (decor, enclosures, accessories, merch, etc.):

• Ready-to-ship items:
  → 1–3 business days

🚚 Shipping Methods

• USPS First Class — standard shipping
• USPS Priority Mail — expedited shipping (additional cost)
• FedEx Overnight — used when shipping together with live spiders

• USPS First Class: 1–5 business days
• USPS Priority: 1–3 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions.

• Flat rate: $6.99

🕷️ Combined Orders (Spiders + Supplies)

If your order includes live jumping spiders and supplies:

• Shipping fees for both will apply at checkout
• Orders may ship together via FedEx Priority Overnight if:
  • There is enough time to prepare made-to-order items
  • All items safely fit in the live shipping box

If combined shipping is possible:

• The $6.99 supplies shipping fee will be refunded

If not:

• Items will ship separately using their respective shipping methods

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delays are outside of our control.

• We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages
• If tracking has not updated for 7 days, please file a claim with USPS:

We may offer a replacement if:

• The wrong item was sent
• The item was damaged in transit
• USPS is unable to locate the package (claim required)

📍 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

• Customers are responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Returned packages will require reshipping fees

📸 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photo proof
• Replacements are offered only for damage caused during transit.

🔄 Returns

• Returns for dry goods are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for:
  • Return shipping costs
  • Reshipping fees (if requesting a replacement)

Made-to-order items (including most decor and merch) are non-refundable.
